Pi

Pi is a number used in math for circles and other calculations

Materials: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/stevespanglerscience/PDF/Circle+Download.pdf, string, ruler and thick piece of paper

Procedure:

1. Download the link provided and print it on thick paper
2. Cut along the outline of your paper
3. Wrap the string around the circle and cut it to the exact circumference
4. Measure the length of the string (approximately 22 inches)
5. Now measure the diameter of the circle
6. Divide the length of the string by the diameter
7. You should get a number which is Pi
